1. SOFTWARE LICENSE
DeskLook for Outlook (hereinafter referred to as the Software) is
licensed to you by XemiComputers Ltd. under conditions set forth in
this License Agreement. If you are in any doubt about your status as a
user of the Software, contact XemiComputers Ltd. directly at
info@xemico.com and ask for assistance.
2. FREE EVALUATION PERIOD
Upon installing the Software you may use it free of charge for 15 days
from the day of installation. To continue using the Software past the
free evaluation period you have to pay the proper license fee and
register the Software.
3. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledge that the Software is protected by applicable
intellectual property and other laws, and that XemiComputers Ltd. owns
all rights with respect to the Software. You agree that you will not,
and will not allow any third party to, a) copy, sell, license,
distribute, modify, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse
engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from
the Software, unless otherwise permitted, or b) remove or alter
XemiComputers Ltd.'s copyright notices or other proprietary rights
notices contained within the Software.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
You expressly understand and agree that a) your use of the Software is
at your sole risk, b) the Software is provided on an "as is" basis and
without warranty of any kind whether expressed or implied, c) expressly
XemiComputers Ltd. makes no warranty (i) that the Software will meet
your requirements, (ii) that the Software will be error-free or
bug-free, and (iii) that any errors in the Software will be corrected.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You expressly understand and agree that XemiComputers Ltd. shall not be
liable to you for any direct or indirect damages, including but not
limited to damages for loss of profits or data resulting from the use
or the inability to use the Software.
6. JURISDICTION
This License Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
